Does my VENYSS jewellery have a warranty / guarantee?
VENYSS will at our option, repair or replace, jewellery proven by our jewelers to be defective due to the manufacturing process within 1 week after the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.
This warranty is offered in Malaysia and may differ in other international markets.

The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, the use of charms or items not manufactured by VENYSS or use outside VENYSS’s care instructions. Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty.

General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

What do I do if my VENYSS jewellery is lost or stolen?
The warranty does not entitle you to replacement or refund for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of safety chains on bracelets.

My VENYSS jewellery is damaged. What should I do?
We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to a VENYSS store to be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment. We would advise that you return to the store where the item was originally purchased from. However if this is inconvenient for you, we would advise you to return to any VENYSS store for assistance. The store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.

Can my VENYSS jewellery be repaired?
This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.

We offer a repairs service including replacing clasps, fixing clasps, soldering work, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps.

If your jewellery is outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase, these services will be chargeable. Charges must be paid to a VENYSS store.

In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
