What is Venyss's return policy?

Orders purchased from the Venyss Online Store can be returned in their original condition for a refund either by mail or to a Venyss store in 3 days from the postage received date. Returns must be accompanied by the provided return form.  Venyss Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. 
What is Venyss's exchange policy?

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Venyss Online Store can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase in one of our store locations. Venyss Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.  Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail. 

Exchanges in store:
a. Find your Venyss store at “Store Locator”
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to exchange to the Venyss store.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.
How much time do returns take to be processed?

Returns by mail
Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by Venyss. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 1-14 additional business days for the credit to be applied.

Returns will be processed to the original form of payment and will take 1-14 business days for the credit to be applied.
Can a gift recipient return Venyss Jewelry?

Answer

No, a gift recipient can’t return or exchange merchandise to a Venyss store with original gift receipt.
 
 
 
What should I do if I received a damaged item?

Answer

In the rare occurrence that an item was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care center or visit your nearest Venyss store for an exchange.
