How do I track my order?

Answer

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information.  You can use your order number to find updated tracking information by visiting the “Order ” page when you Sign Up.
 
 
 
How do I cancel an order?

Answer

Our goal at Venyss is process and ship orders quickly.  Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
What happens if my order is out of stock?

Answer

It is possible that items in high demand can go out of stock while your order is in transit.  Should this unfortunate scenario occur, Venyss will notify you immediately that your order could not be completed and has cancelled the order.  Please sign-up to be notified on the product page for when the item becomes available again by clicking on “Notify Me”. 

If you paid via PayPal, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid. 
If you paid via credit/debit card, your card will not be charged.
