How should I clean my Venyss Jewelry?

Answer

Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water. This particular cleaning method should not be used to clean jewelry with cultured freshwater pearls.

A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your sterling silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches. Silver-polishing cloths may be purchased from Venyss retailers or your local goldsmith.

Using a tumbler with the Venyss Products is not recommended.

For leather: For daily cleaning, simply wipe the leather gently with a soft, dry cloth. Stains should be removed immediately before they soak in or dry – use a mild professional cleaner (without chemicals) or a mild soap such as soap flakes or saddle soap. Create suds in a bowl and apply the suds to a soft, lint-free cloth, then wipe the leather. Afterwards, wipe the leather with a dry cloth and add a leather conditioner to protect it further. Remember to keep leather out of direct sunlight.

How should I care for and clean Venyss Rose Premium?

Answer

These innovative products deserve special care. Maintain the beautiful shine and unique finish by polishing Venyss Rose Premium products with a soft cloth. Dampen the cloth in lukewarm water, adding a small amount of mild soap, and rub gently on jewelry. Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

If jewelry is particularly dirty, soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Use of silver polishing liquids, silver dips, ultrasonic cleaning and a tumbler should be avoided.

Venyss polishing cloths with cleaning compound are not recommended for Venyss Rose Premium jewelry. Do not expose the jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and remove jewelry prior to bathing or swimming.

Please note that the warm pink-hued color may intensify with age due to tarnishing, adding to the jewelry’s beautiful, vintage appeal. It is normal for the finishing to wear off over time. Venyss’s warranty does not cover this wear and tear.
How should I care for my Venyss Jewelry?

Answer

We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to sleep or engaging in strenuous activities. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments could also result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.
How do I track my order?

Answer

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information.  You can use your order number to find the order status information by Sign Up and go the “Order ” page to track your purchase.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Order Processing Details
• Orders are usually processed within 1 to 14 business days depending on the below deadlines:
• Standard orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST to start processing on next day
• 1-2 Day orders must be placed by 1PM EST to start processing the same day. Orders received on Friday and Saturday are processed the next business day 
• During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be increased. 

J&T Delivery Days
For standard 3 Day shipping and 1-2 Day shipping, J&T will deliver your package between Sunday to Thursday. Please note for standard 3 Day and 1-2 Day shipping methods, Venyss will not prepare for packages on Friday and Saturday to J&T.

Will Venyss ship products to locations outside of the Malaysia?

Answer

The Venyss Online Store shops to addresses within the Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to some country but we will improve the delivery option from time to time.
What jewelry packaging is included in the delivery?

Answer

All items are delivered with our signature Venyss anti-tarnish box to protect your jewelry.
What are Venyss's supported payment methods?

What do I do if my payment was declined?

Answer

If your method of payment has been declined, please try one of the following: 
•    Check your card’s account details to ensure the information entered is correct including card number, expiration date, and mailing address.
•    Ensure that you entered the security code correctly
•    Your payment may have been declined by your financial institution, please contact them to verify the transaction details. 
•    If you’ve checked all the above, we suggest you try paying with another form of payment

 
 
 
What is Venyss's return policy?

Answer

Orders purchased from the Venyss Online Store can be returned in their original condition for a refund either by mail or to a Venyss store in 3 days from the postage received date. Returns must be accompanied by the provided return form.  Venyss Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. 
What is Venyss's exchange policy?

Answer

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Venyss Online Store can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase in one of our store locations. Venyss Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.  Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail. 

Exchanges in store:
a. Find your Venyss store at “Store Locator”
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to exchange to the Venyss store.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.
How much time do returns take to be processed?

Returns by mail
Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by Venyss. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 1-14 additional business days for the credit to be applied.

Can a gift recipient return Venyss Jewelry?

Answer

No, a gift recipient can’t return or exchange merchandise to a Venyss store with original gift receipt.
What should I do if I received a damaged item?

Answer

In the rare occurrence that an item was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care center or visit your nearest Venyss store for an exchange.
